You are now binky free! You called your binky "babink" and up until last weekend you were VERY attached to it. If you had your way you would have it all day and night. We were down to your last babink and I noticed it had a big tear in it. I didn't want you to choke on it so I pulled it apart and showed you that it broke. You kept asking me to show you the broken binky and would say "babink. broke." The reaction to this first disappointment in your life gave me insight into your personality. You were rightfully upset but dealt with the loss well and easily moved on. You have never slept better.
Since your binky dependence has been over you have become a very different kid. You are much less whiny and are much more independent. I'm not sure if destructive is the right word but you have recently been making a lot of messes. You are beginning to show some specific interests. You love airplanes, robots, and anything related to sports you play with a ball. You are also showing a real interest in all things Star Wars (Daddy's master plan is working). You say so many words that I can no longer keep count. You are starting to put to word utterances together. You are eating and sleeping more now. You exponentially raise the energy level of this house and I wouldn't have it any other way.
